Privacy notice

www.openimage.hu is a static information site: it sets no cookies and has no forms. This notice describes what the site actually does.

1. Controller

ATAILA, the operator of the site, in Hungary (European Union); see the imprint.

2. Analytics without cookies

We use self-hosted, open-source Plausible analytics on our own infrastructure. It sets no cookies, builds no lasting personal identifier and reports aggregates only (page views, country, referrer). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

3. Server logs

The servers keep technical logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser identifier) for operational security and abuse prevention, for at most 90 days. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

4. The application (app.openimage.hu)

What you upload to the demo application and your account are covered by the terms of use: what is stored, for how long, and how "Delete my data" removes it.

5. Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for portability (GDPR Articles 15–21). Contact: the ATAILA form. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian authority NAIH (naih.hu).
